Dear Hector Foundation Team,
I am contacting you today regarding the Fred M Hector Jr Revocable Trust, which owns the property at 6064 South University Drive in Fargo.
In 2020, my wife, Judy, along with her twin sister, Janet, founded Fargo Glamping. Glamping, short for “Glamour Camping,” is an activity that was virtually unknown in our region until Judy and Janet introduced Fargo Glamping. A quick look at their Facebook reviews shows that Fargo loves glamping!
Their venture is committed to giving back to the Fargo-Moorhead community. Fargo Glamping shares a profound appreciation for the Fargo-Moorhead community and a dedication to its residents that closely aligns with the Hector Foundation’s mission and vision. We believe that a valuable opportunity exists for us to collaborate and advance our shared goals.
The property at 6064 South University Drive has captured our attention, as Fargo Glamping is exploring avenues for expansion. We envision the potential to transform a portion of this land into a glamping event space, offering a delightful and family-friendly experience to the community. By doing so, we also see the possibility for Fargo Glamping to contribute to the Hector Foundation’s mission of “enhancing the lives of ordinary, everyday people in need” by generating additional philanthropic revenue through land rental.
Creating a philanthropic revenue stream through land rental is just one concept we are excited about, and we are eager to explore other possibilities for aligning our shared mission. I kindly request the opportunity for a phone conversation to discuss these potential collaborations further. If you agree, you can schedule your preferred time on my calendar, or simply call me at 701-261-8176.
Thank you for taking the time to consider this proposal. We are enthusiastic about the prospect of working together to make a positive impact on our beloved Fargo-Moorhead community.
Warm regards,
Dave Hultin
