When I obtain service from Fargo Glamping I agree that:
- Smoking will be not allowed at my glamping event. This includes tobacco products, vaping products, and e-cigarettes.
- My glamping event will not include any illegal activities, including (but not limited to) underage drinking or use of illegal substances.
- I will reimburse Fargo Glamping for any property damage incurred, at Fargo Glamping’s sole discretion.
- I will not hold Fargo Glamping liable for any injuries or damage incurred during my event.
Your deposit payment indicates you agree to these Terms of Service.
