As our Glamping Happiness Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating these magical setups, whether it’s under the stars or inside a cozy home setting. Your creativity and attention to detail will bring glamping events to life, ensuring each event is a unique and unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Setup: Prepare, organize, transport, set up, and take down glamping equipment and supplies for both indoor and outdoor events. Your role is key to creating the magic of glamping in diverse settings.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead your own team of helpers for each event, with complete freedom to decide the team size and composition.
- Effortless Equipment and Supply Handling: Our equipment and supplies will be clean and ready for you to use for each event, and we take care of cleaning upon return. Your focus will be on creating the magic, not on the mundane.
What We Offer:
- Autonomy and Creativity: We encourage creativity in how you execute each unique indoor and outdoor glamping event.
- Simplified Logistics: We provide detailed instructions on what equipment and supplies to pick up, where to pick them up, and where to return them.
- Rewarding Compensation: Fixed payment for each event, plus additional mileage compensation for events outside the primary service area.
Requirements:
- Transportation for Equipment and Supplies: You and your team must provide your own transportation.
- Skills for Success: Strong organizational skills, physical stamina, and excellent communication abilities.
